Returns

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, not opened, and in the same condition as when you received it. The customer is responsible for the delivery back to Flava’s office in case they wish to return the product/products.
