We strive to deliver your orders promptly to ensure your satisfaction. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions and carrier delays. We will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. We offer a hassle-free return process for your convenience. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, not opened, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

The customer is responsible for the delivery back to Flava’s office in case they wish to return the product/products.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 15-30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
